About the property
Our lake house is unique - we have a fully finished garage that is heated/cooled with tons of amenities: Arcade, pool table, 75" 4K TV, karaoke, and more!
Enjoy our lakeside hot tub with stunning views of the lake and stars at night. The hot tub is open 365 days per year - yes even in the winter!
We also have a covered deck in the backyard that's perfect for shade and shelter from a passing rain shower.
Sleeping up to 12, our place is versatile with the following sleeping arrangements:
2 king beds (1 upstairs, 1 downstairs)
2 twin beds
2 bunk beds (4 twin beds total)
The couch in the lower level converts to a sleeper sofa as well. All mattresses are brand new and have varying firmness so that you can find your perfect match!
Sunset Lake is a spring-fed freshwater lake perfect for swimming and fishing. There are little to no weeds in the water and the beach is composed of pristine "sugar sand."
We provide two kayaks, life jackets, various beach toys, including sand toys for the little ones, and much more!
Don't forget about our premium massage chair with optional heat and a calming view of the lake.
All the 4K TVs in the house are brand new with soundbars and are located in every room so your group will never fight over the remote!
Finally, the lakeside fire pit is the perfect place to make memories and unwind after an active day.
