All mattresses are brand new and have varying firmness so that you can find your perfect match! Sunset Lake is a spring-fed freshwater lake perfect for swimming and fishing. There are little to no weeds in the water and the beach is composed of pristine "sugar sand." We provide two kayaks, life jackets, various beach toys, including sand toys for the little ones, and much more! Don't forget about our premium massage chair with optional heat and a calming view of the lake. All the 4K TVs in the house are brand new with soundbars and are located in every room so your group will never fight over the remote!
